closest thing i could find to that bumper is made by syms and looking at RHD B4 in the picture you could get it from ummm DA motharrr land of JDM (japan) or UK here are one of the links i know

Man, the 03-04 bumper is so much better than the 00-02. I would be happy with that.

But yet, some of those JDM bumpers are SIC!

I'd like a facelifted bumper on mine, but I don't think I'd go out and get one specifically. Hood before bumper, no question.

Yeah, definitely a fan of the 03-04 bumpers. However...I think the Outback is one is hot as well...
