McIntosh Stereo - Scratching my CD's

Anyone with a McIntosh CD Deck having problems with your CD's getting scratched.

I cannot take my disks out and put them in without bad scratches that ruin the CD's.

Anyone have a suggestion?

I've seen a few of these for sale, and one in a JDM B4. They're very nice decks

Might want to find a shop that works on McIntosh and get a hold of them.
