Hey there,
I just bought this 1991 Legacy L AWD Wagon and the sunvisor is off.
When I put it on the pin it will hang on but only in the hanging down position, any clues on how to repair this? Is it very common with these?

Thanks

yes- very common, every 90-94 has droopy visors. The thing that holds it up is using the tension of a plastic clip. My solution was to use some peel-and-stick velcro and stick it on the visor and roof. I think ive heard of someone wrapping the plastic bit with a zip tie. Finding a new visor is more trouble than its worth.

You can find the visor on ebay for around $15-25 dollars. Might not be the color you want.

So looking through here a lot of you guys buy subi stuff from e-bay, eh?!
Now when buying a visor from e-bay, how would I know it's not just one like mine a little sleepy eyed?? I could sell mine there, eh?!

Seriously, is there a good fix for this though, without tearing the whole thing apart?
I'd rather fix it than buy another broken one...

Well my driver's visor is droopy, but my passenger is fine.
Since it's a L can I just swap sides? anyway of taking it off without busting it??
