Isn't it such a good feeling to get complimented on your car? I put the impreza wheels on today and a few hours later I came out of a restaraunt where two guys were looking at my car from a distance and talking about it trying to figure out where the wheels were from. I told them and we talked for a few minutes but they said it looked really good, and way better than the legacy one of the guys had previously owned. I also saw a few people looking at my car on the drive.... instead of looking at the wierdo driver in a wagon. All in all a good day.

Lol, I was bringing it up so others could share their own this guy said this story. My previous vehicle got one compliment, and 50,000 insults (mostly from the friends). So I am just happier to have a car which is starting to get noticed. Hopefully when I touch up some of the rock rash it'll look better. Then all I'll need is to get the lower panels clay barred to remove the mag-chloride discoloring.

I've gotten a few 'what the hell have you done to that thing?' comments from crazies who try to chase me in the hills. Nobody gives my car a second look on the street though, which is juuuust fine with me.

That sort of stuff makes my day.

At least twice a day I get a nod, thumbs up, or somebody talking to my saying my car is nice.

Just yesterday on the highway while I was driving to college, we were stopped in traffic adn some construction workers started whistling at me and telling me I have a nice car.

I usually get a lot of looks from people. I think its becase they just dont know what the leggy is. Theres not too many BD sedans out here. Lots of wagons and newer ones. Plus i think the JDM grille throws em off. My friends also cut up on my car. "Dude, you should sell that thing and buy like, something cool." is a statement i hear weekly. Nobody is a big subaru fan i think until they actually drive one.

I hear that shit from idiots who don't even have their driver's liscence and have never driven a car, period. I have only let one of my friends drive it, and he won't speak against it any more ;)

99% of old people drive a Legacy around here, so im working to make mine different from the croud. Most people I talk to dont know anything about Subarus, let alone Legacys.

to be honest...peeople break their necks checkin out my car...see but i dunno if its the hippo sleek body kit...or the spoiler or the JDM lights...or if its just the fact the the whole car is primered...lol
