The model isn't complete yet but one of these days I'll finish this thing. I also have quarter of a 2006 Forester done...

Oh yeah, those would be STi rims.

I did that in Zmodeler 1.07. Eventual plan is to throw it into a Need For Speed game or Xpand Rally so I can drive around in a rally stage.

you should make a GTR file and turn it into an NGT touring car

The program isn't hard to use...after a couple months of fiddling with it and getting things right.

NGT touring car? :-?

NGT is the under 450hp class.

do you have an SLA file for this? I'd love to run it through my uni's rapid prototyping machine to make a real 3D model of it. Would look damn nice as a collectible.

Unfortunately, I don't. However, I am able to export it to a .3ds file but I'm not sure how well the exportation will go considering the primitiveness of the program I am using.

I haven't finished the model yet either and considering my workload with my major, I probably won't finish it completely until next year (and that's if I work at my current pace). I'll keep you guys posted on any updates though. I'm also planning a BE version after I finish enough of the BH.

I can provide you with any pictures you need for this when it happens.

Just got done with the front bumper on this thing (I think it's the 03/04 bumper...used a couple of Rougeben's pics as a reference)

so do you make these cars from scatch? or off a pic? it looks really good

I use some blueprints laid out in the background for the general shape. I would normally have my AutoArt GT-B model in front of me but I didn't want to bring that to a dorm room. I also go off the BH in my garage at home. I usually use more than 40 reference pics when I start a serious project like this one.

I do all my cars polygon by polygon which is why it takes so long.

This is the Fozzie that I started but never finished...was gonna make a Sports 2.5X version, a 2.5XT version and an STi...but parents didn't end up buying it last year...so I'll probably have to wait on that because I barely have anything to go off.

Sorry for the large pic. Lost the link to the thumbnail >.<

Both cars are currently untextured. Any colors you see are just simple materials.

Since the sedan currently needs to be fixed majorly, I've decided to put some time into making snowflakes:

Can anyone get me some high res photos of the USDM sedan rear bumper? TIA.
