I was wondering what it would take to install a Legacy suspension on my 06 Outback. Sorry if this has been asked a lot, but I didn't find anything for the new body style on my initial search.

Traditionally, the Outback has longer struts and "body spacers" that change the steering/suspension geometry a little. If you replace just the struts, you will drop the car down 1.5" or so.
The theory is essentially the same as the BE/BH (00-04) as they have a similar multi-link design for the rear suspension and Macpherson struts up front.

you also got to watch out for larger outback tire hitting lower spring perch in the fronts if you go to legacy struts, not a big issue curable with proper wheels and tire.
