Anyone know how to remove the headrest part of the rear seats?
Need to take out the rear deck to install a couple of 6x9's properly. Right now i can only se 2 speakers trough the rear view mirror

They are mounted in 6x9 boxes for better sound.

And also, is it possible to swap the interior from a newer model impreza/legacy?

Im talking about a 1993 Legacy BC Sedan.

Got some pics of what i mean:

my whole seat needed to come out to get at my deck

there were two bolts by your feet (one on each end) to get the seat cushion out, exposing three more bolts (12 mm?) at the bottom of the seat back

I have 2003 WRX front and rear seats in my BD.

You have to remove the two bolts in the footwells, remove the bottom part of the seat, then there will be 3 or 4 more bolts. Then you can pull the back of the seat upwards.
