View Full Version : Rear BE/BH camber adjustment?
Been looking... can't find anything... I have -2 camber in the back with the tein flex and don't really wanna be running that much. Any ideas?

lower lateral link, the bolt that hooks it up to the center of the car. It's a camber bolt.

I dont think you can put camber bolts for the rear on BE/BH

Well that bolt pictured is similar to the factory adjustment bolt for the front macpherson's. I'm not all that sure how much adjustment you can get out of that rear bolt TBH
hmmm... I may have to check into that...
adjustment is very limited with that stock bolt... anyone know of any aftermarket solution?

You may be right, thought it's the only adjustable thing on the rear so who knows if it somehow does both.

i figured it out...
the lower lateral link! find some used ones on ebay or at a junk yard, cut them in half and drill a hole both pieces. get a nice piece of metal and connect the 2 together. make the holes bigger in long ways so you can adjust it.
its stupid but i think it might work

Ok, I was doing some reading on the 05+ LGT rear suspension (it's so similar to the BE-BH's it might as well be identical), the adjustment bolt does BOTH toe AND a little camber by pushing out the hub relative to the front pickup on the subframe.
The multi-link actually adds more negative camber as it compresses by design, along with more toe in, allowing the car's rear-end to tuck-in better while cornering; one of the reasons Subaru is using this now over the rear MacPherson.
Anyway, I'm looking into possibly using adjustable rear links from the 05+ as well...just need to measure some things.
found some rear camber adjustments... whiteline part #KCA399, I ordered mine through touge factory, who had them in stock. Offer +/- 1.25 degrees, which will put me right where I want to be at about -1 camber in the rear.
