help roof rack

sombody stole my entire roof rack while it was owned by previous owner and messed up my roof a little AND! the dumb ass never protected the bare metal underneath the rack so now i have rust......i need a new roof rack were do i get one? and is there a better one ot for my 96 wagon ? :-?

Wow, who steals a roof rack? The best thing for you to do right now is sand that rust a bit and spray some of this stuff called "POR 15" over it just to protect the metal. POR 15 lets you paint over rust/seal it.
