Is it just me or does it get tired fast seeing Imprezas on every issue? I counted 3 covers with a glimpse of a Legacy on there. Is there a Legacy out there "worthy" enough to grace their covers?

The only one I've seen with a Legacy on it was the one my car was in, April 2005 iirc. It was the black Outback, not sure if it belongs to anyone here (though it reminds me a lot of sybir's).

There are plenty of cover-worthy Legacies, especially in the 05+ crowd. They spend as much, if not more, money as Impreza owners do...

I like robsontuning's wife's pink GT, to be honest :)

+1 on the pink leggy. Maybe we should start an email campaign.

We should make a bid for one of our members to get on there. Start sending emails, I'm sure if they got enough emails they will do something.

It appears that Sybir got ride of the year in the poll with 24%. Being an old school first gen turbo and RWD, It might make a good story.

True, but remember the car belongs to his shop now? It should still count, though ;-). I agree, we can totally email bomb them with 'nominations' for a ride.

We are the minority, of course we'll see less Legacys out there. But we must try and get more exposure!

As Mark said, Legacy owners are the minority in the subaru crowd. Even some of our most bad ass cars on here still appear mostly stock. And the outback to get on the cover of Subiesport is owned by Russell Rogers. He's on NASIOC from time to time, but I don't know if he's ever been a member here.

I have thought about getting some good pics of the car and sending those on with my mod list to see what would happen.

At one time the guy doing the project gt was thinking of doing a spread on mine and his car but seems he gave up on the idea.

You should do it, you have the least stocking looking Legacy I know of in the US. I would have some professional pics taken of my car with a good looking girl and send them in. Just make sure she isnt wearing to less of clothing lol. I think you can make it on there. Shit if we need to send emails to them to get you on we can harass them

If you cant get 'professional' photos done.. just take some really nice ones, and send them on over.. i will photoshop them to perfection! haha :D

Just getting back to this forum after being gone.

So Adam, if I can get the fellow that has Xcntrk's ride, and if you are in, I can contact Armin to get some nice photos shot of our cars in a group, and we can submit it together for a story.

One on one, we could try and maybe eventually they would get to us, but I think if we made a group effort, it might draw more attention. What do you think?

There's probably not enough pages to cope with all three cars.

I always thought xcntrk's car should have had a feature, somewhere, somehow. the 60-100mph times were impressive enough, not to mention it was all hand-built and looked VERY stock.

That would be a good idea. Your three cars are maybe the most known in the 2nd gen.
