Seedy? never heard that one  Is that the australian version of 'Rice'?

I think it would look good, although it would be kinda 'seedy'.

its a very nice looking car, but I think a black hood wouldn't look all that great on it honestly.
If you're going to invest any money in a hood, it might as well be carbon fiber (do they make that for 1st gens???) and be painted to match the car (which would look better) so you lighten the car a little bit.

yea a carbon hood would be nice but i'm on a tight budget... there is a hood i can buy for 30bucks are paint so i might get it and give it a go, not sure yet. I'm also planning to get a colour scheme going inside the car... red, blue, white or black?

Really they make a CF hood for that car please if you have any pictures of a site of this hood it would be awesome to see it and on a 1 Gen legacy at that too

this is the kinda of effect that i want, but it will be a standard bonnet and it will be on a wagon, which i think would look better..

IIRC there are no CF hoods for the 1st gens. No aftermarket love, sorry. There were David Carter fiberglass hoods, at one time, though. . .

what are those tires? 245-25-20s???

Nah, I'd say leave your hood like it is. Black is a bit of a clash with that color...

....then only do it if you really want to.

Honestly, I'd start spending my money on suspension/brakes first ;)

Sweet ride!! I like that wagon! GX what is that??
look at that raised roof, does that give you more clearance for your fro?
my roomy complains about bouncing his head off the roof going over bumps, I think he's full of it...
Definately NO black hood!
On the photoshop I do like the rally subaru logo on the bottom!
but no way with those wheels.
