Custom Or Prebent Vacuum Lines?

Anyone know where i can get custom or prebent/molded vacuum lines? I would really like them still to be rubber to match the rest of them. All i need is a 3/4 Inch inside diameter one shaped sort of like an 'S'.

I know you can get them for bigger motors (V8s), ive searched a few sites and cant find what im looking for.

You don't really need them prebent, you can get some pretty flexible hoses and just bend them to your liking with a brake line bender. You can get the tool for like 5 bucks at autozone, no need to get the expensive one, there should be a really simple one.
