anyone ever get a custom regrind from delta cams?
any idea on the price

depends on which cams they are doing, 2.2 sohcs are about a $95 each, and the DOHCs are $125ish

I did a year ago. It was around $70/cam either grind you choose (went with the more aggressive 2000 grind). Keep in mind you have to ship to them and back. Turnaround time is usually 1 day.

Give them a call they're good guys to talk to.

how was the install? how long did it take? did you bump up your idle?

Unfortunately, I never got to install it; I went with another route for the car. Labor wouldve been about $500 if you get a competent mechanic to do it (highly suggested if you haven't done it before). Someone posted a link for the install manual for Cobb cams on NASIOC and when I looked at it, i just said "no thanks".
