I used to watch the BTCC and Australian V8 races, but they are extremely hard to find nowadays. I sorely miss bumper on bumper action like this.

Speed touring cup used to be good. The competition used to be much closer back in the days of the turner motorsports BMW's and the realtime acura integras. I just watched the sebring races that aired last week and it was a big yawn, with the competition in an obvious stagger of experience and power.

The Rolex series is a huge yawn... the france family just created it to try to show people that some sportscar racing is mind numbingly boring and they should keep watching all the taxicab racing.

the ALMS on the other hand... that's a very different story

I've got all V8SC from 2006/07 and am current on 08. Have some of 05 also, but that's when I first saw Mt. Panorama outside of a game (TOCA Race Driver 2).

I've got all of last season's BTCC and some of 06, I think, as well as the races that have gone on so far.

This stuff is, however, HUGE, so it's at least a 15-25 DVD set, not to mention literally WEEKS of watching time involved.

There's a torrent site that keeps current on this stuff. If you are familiar with how torrents work, I can hook you up via PM for more details.
