Chirping or Whistling noise comming from tranny

I have been noticing while my car idles it makes a chirping/whistling noise, I thought it was my belts but if I just barely touch the clutch pedal or pull out on on it, it stops, and when Im pulling out every time I tap the gas while the clutch is in it chirps? Any ideas?

release bearing? or one of the springs in the clutch

I have the same issue. It's the throw-out bearing.
I plan to get the modified one from Rallitek that has the snout modification to ensure it sits on right.
