Hey guys first props to BATTMAN, for the gauge it works friggin great and looks awesome, now heres the problem im not really familiar with these.. I know its only a Narrow band but still, here is what the gauges is doing

it is running 2 bars ahead of RICH, then when i step on the gas or rev the car, it jumps 1 bar, then plumits off the gauge, then gradually goes from LEAN back to its postion on 3 bars ahead of RICH???

is this normal?? like I said I have no experience with these gauges...

3 things im concerned about, im getting to much air from my K&N pannel(which i have to say im sadly not impressed with)

are my injectors clogged dirty... i dont think so that would make it run lean right?

are my spark plugs /wires bad?

first off its a narrow band, to its purpuse is to make flashing colors and look pretty that is all. rich means your getting more fuel than u need, not air, and NA subies are prone to running a bit rich.

ok so i used it all day yesterday, and its weird when its at idle, it runs rich, when i step on the gas it runs really rich, however as soon as i take my foot of the gas, it drops off the gauge and then when i step on the gas again it comes back and shoots back to rich!...

WTH!

Exactly - such is the nature of narrow band O2 sensors. It doesn't give you accurate enough information to be useful on a gauge. From the factory, the car runs a little rich - so that's expected. At WOT it goes into open-loop mode - doesn't even use the O2 sensor so it'll run richer then too.
