Will '05 or '06 WRX suspension fit my BG? Can't find info!

05WRX suspension will fit - but from 06 onwards they changed the hubs on the 06 STI... IIRC that changed the struts in some manner.

Pretty sure the suspension you've got lined up will fit, you might need to rotate the rear top-hats but it should flip.

So...let me make sure I'm perfectly clear. The '05 WRX will fit.
The '06 STi hubs are different. Did that make the '06 WRX (and therefore 9-2) hubs different? Also, I read about the top-hat switcharoo; I thought that was fronts only--but it's the rears?

Bug eyes will fit, but you have to switch the tophats for the front if using coilovers the rears will work perfectly with no mods.

I thought Bugeyes were '02-04. I'm looking at '05 and '06. Are you saying that any year WRX (pre '07, like in Huffer's quote above) will work?

I rotated the top hats so the camber wrong/Diagonal, if you switch the tophats everything SHOULD be perfect.

Sorry for the dirty car in the pics lol i havent seen any 05's lately to compare bolt patterns, i am not sure that the quote you have in the first post by huffer was reffering to just Springs or the complete thing

According to Rockauto (and KYB), the tophats from '04 have a different P/N than from '05. But that could mean that they merely need to be swapped side-to-side. According to Tien's website, GDAs are '04-07.
I think I'm just going to call Boxer4 and ask if the P/Ns are in fact the same for those years.
We know that '04s will work on a BG, so assuming the P/N is the same, I'll know an '06 will work on a BG. I'll post back with my results.

04 sti will bolt to the wrx. 05+ sti is different

as people have said, 02-07 WRX and 04 STi will fit as long as you use the whole assembly. 05-07 STI will not due to the change in the front knuckle design with the new hubs. 08+ will not.

I have bugeye take offs on my BK right now so I can tell you for sure they will indeed bolt directly on

This is exactly the information I was looking for. I could not find any instances of people using or confirming that anything other than '02-'04 would work. I'm going to end up using complete '06 9-2x assemblies, so it sounds like everything should fit. Excellent.
