Do I need new tophats with 04 WRX springs

I'm about to pick up a set of Tanabee springs from an 04 WRX, will they work with my 99 BD tophats? I pretty sure the fronts are ok, but what about the rears?

I needed fronts and rears. I'm pretty sure there are a ton of threads on this, I should just make a sticky.
