Wagon tail light mod, your ideas?

I picked up an extra set of tail lights and center garnish from Moclovflop, and I want to turn one reverse lamp into a fog brake light. I was curious if any of you had some idea you were kicking around in your head for the tail lights, but haven't wanted to risk on your lights. I'm going to be going guinea pig here anyway, so toss out anything you've thought about.

I painted my tail lights red with translucent paint and a few coats of clear (masked off the reverse lights) now the turn signals are red but blink amber like many european cars. I didn't like the amber in the tails, made the car look old IMO

Great idea i think. This seems to be an older thread, so if you indeed pulled it off i would like to see and know how you went about it.

We did a rear fog on my 07 impreza OBS. An oven and a trailer light and it came together perfect.
