Looking for Good Subaru Repair Shop in Central Jersey

I am looking for a good subaru repair shop in Central Jersey. My front end makes a squealing noise at low speeds when the steering wheel is turned to the right. My dealer service tech keeps telling me there is nothing wrong and they are unable to replicate it. But it happens every time I drive the car. Can anyone help me please?

I'm not sure what all is considered "central jersey" but my friend has a shop in Tuckerton, just inland of LBI.

He got his Subaru start with SVX's but has had a couple of Leg's of his own including a 99 SUS with an SVX engine conversion.
