So the driver's side steering rack boot is torn. Is this easy to replace?

The replacement kits on ebay look very simple, it appears to be a matter of disconnecting the hub, removing the torn boot and sliding the new one on?

YEAH ITS SIMPLE, UNBOLT THE TIEROD FROM THE RACK,, I THINK ITS A 19MM NUT ,UNFOLD THE INNER END OF THE BOOT, TAKE A PAIR OF NEEDLE NOSE PLIARS AND SLIDE THE SPRING OFF, SLIDE THE BOOT OFF, SLIDE THE NEW ONE ON .SLIDE THE SPRING BACK IN PLACE. RE-INSTALL THE TIE ROD. ONLY BAD PART ABOUT TAKING THIS ROUTE U NEED AN ALIGNMENT CUASE THE TIEROD/RACK NUT IS YOUR TOE ADJUSTER...

ITS ALSO A GOOD TIME TO CHANGE THE TIEROD IF NEEDED!!
