I'm trying to think of ways to customize my BD. It is a black GT w/ fake wood. Here is what I'm going to do so far:
Sti seats(v7~8 I hope)
Paint wood grain different color
new floor mats?
I want to eventually do a stereo, but, I'd like to do everything else first. So, help me think of stuff to do. I don't want it to be rice, I'd like it to look nice though.

Paint the wood pieces black. No other color. Please. Next, change out the cloth on your doorcards, pretty cool $20-40 mod depending on what kind of fabric you use, and you can match it up to what ever seats you put in.
I painted the plastic ring that goes around the speedo cluster white, to accent with my white wheels, and I like how it looks and makes the numbers appear brighter, and I think this could be applied in other colors to other cars. Painting much more than that in the interior gets risky. Maybe the ring around the center vents, and correspondingly the ring around the stereo.
Shift knob and a nice boot, and you can also get gauge overlays from one of the guys on here.

Sounds good to me.
I wish I could get a new knob and boot, but, I have an auto... I'll save that for post ej255 swap.

Just gonna throw in a suggestion for painting the woodgrain panels, use plastidip, I used it on mine and it actually looks and feels OEM and won't chip or scratch, etc.

+1 on the plastidip. Super durable, it's what's probably going to go on my new (to me) car's interior (it has that nasty fake wood trim crap)

Forget all that, get a 2nd job and work to save up for the swap.
