Heater and A/C switch?

Whats up every body? So I have this problem with my car. Even when my air controls are on cold it still likes to blow hot air most of the time. It does blow cold air when I want it to some times but not usually. Any ideas on what the heck is going on? I am thinking it is the switch and I have no idea how to repair that. please help bros.

sound like the a/c needs charged. might also be the a/c connector is loose.
