I want to lower my legacy but gain performance in the cornering department. Where can i find springs and struts for my car?

There's a lot of them on ebay, KYB GR-2 struts seem to be the best value at a little over $200 for all four. As far as springs go, there are a lot of pretty good options out there like Eibach, Whiteline, H&R, etc. Some people use WRX suspension parts. There are also more expensive struts/coil overs but it all depends on your price range.

How much will WRX springs lower my legacy?

Depends on whether or not you get factory WRX springs, or aftermarket lowering springs. Read up on other similar threads, check out deadlydave's posts in Members Rides I.

H&R springs
RS*R springs
King Springs
iON Performance
You have a BD chassis. Anything for that fitment will work as long as you use BD tophats and BD struts.

Google's not a bad start.
And search around this forum too.
There's plenty of people running H&R springs, at least 2 running RS*Rs, another couple running iON perf.
Several running Whiteline springs, and I think I'm the only person with a set of Kings.

Are you sure you want a lower drop? You want Show and No Go?
Have you seen how low RS*R's go?
You could get King Springs Super Low fitment springs... though even Kings say "these springs are primarily for show cars...and are not recommended for performance".
Your dollars, not mine.
