Removing the rear bumper from a BK wagon... Help!!

I got all the fasteners off except the ones on the inside of the corner of the bumper. There are 2 pop snaps on each side and they look impossible to reach. Has anyone had any luck removing these?

I actually did an OB swap on mine. Are you just removing the cover? or the entire bumper assembly with the re-bar?
