Squeaking noise from wheels

I've noticed this squeaking noise developing coming from me wheels for the past couple of weeks (started before I replaced struts/springs). Difficult to describe, but it's kinda like squeaky brakes, but happens while driving. It won't happen while driving straight, but turning the wheel a very tiny amount left or right will cause it to kick in. Brakes pads are relatively new (~5k). Anyone know what could be causing this?

It could be the wheel hub. Lift the car up and see if you can move the wheel side to side.

Had a noise like this the other day. Turns out I had forgotten to tighten the lug nuts one more time with the wheel on the ground. Check there first haha.
