so i'm hoping this will follow through, i offered the guy $150 for his struts, springs, and tophats off of his salvaged 2004 STi which he has yet to get back to me. I'm hoping to also find out from him why his car is salvaged.

so i want to confirm:
1.)2004 STi suspension will fit my BD right?
2.)is there anything i should be worried about being that the suspension is off a salvaged car? what should i look for if i do see the set up in person?

*note* i'm sorry i'm posting a question like this even though there are similar threads, i just wanted a quick reply without having to search through pages to find it.

2004 wrx parts fit the front of our cars fine. I used to have a 95 that I swapped a wrx suspension into. The Bilsteins and such should fit the fronts no prob.

The rear is what worries me, the STi's have unique rear hubs, I'm not sure the struts will line up with the BD's. I'm also not sure the rear tophats are the same bolt pattern.

Basically, an 04 wrx suspension is a direct bolt-on. IF you can find an 04 wrx that has put the stock sti suspension on with no problems, then it will work on your car too.

That's what I keep hearing. The '04s are a direct fit, but not other years,

How much would these lower a BD? Any pictures?

the wrx parts from the 04 lowered my rear and raised my fronts. Looked like I had a body in the trunk.
