so i just got of the phone with the local subaru dealership been talking back and forth for the last part of the past weeks... my cars been having a problem with the evap system(my brain needs to be reflash for me evap system to work). and lucky me, my car falls under the 15year/150,000mile emission transferable warranty :smile: and since SOA doesnt want to claim my warranty. and ive just be harassing them about it. so they finally claimed my warranty..so ive talked to my former boss (service manager at subaru) he said he talked to SOA today and their paying the dealership $4000 on my claimed warranty to replace the complete evap system and the reflash. and since the dealership does not want to do any of the work he bribed me a Grand and a half for them to not do the work , claim the work was done and they will do the reflash for me free of charge.. now only $4000 left in medical bills! and i can start working on my car :roll:
