I know i have 2 cats in my car with a 90 degree collector.
The first cat has 2 O2 bungs and the 2nd cat shouldnt have any O2 sensor.

I am looking to get a direct fit high flow cat pipe for my BE, is there any manufacturer making that for BE?

I THINK random tech makes one for BE right? Where can I get that? Will I pass emission with that?

My 2nd option is to buy a new magnaflow 90 degree cat only and make a custom pipe to connect to the midpipe. Will I have better air flow or gain some hp?

My next topic is regarding the borla replica headers
Is there any fitment issue with the BE? I was browsing around on LGT forum...it seems like they have some fitment issues with the newer legacy.
Some people have rattling noise and someone said it hits the motormount

UEL headers - no fitment problem. The newer 2.5i's have a different layout so they're less compatible.

Don't know much about the cat system but if you have at least one cat, you should pass emissions if the car is running in tune.

on the exhaust you have 2 cats. one with O2 senor in it and on with O2 sensor after it. the 2nd one is usless. you dont have to get a 90degree cat, any high flow cat and a good exhaust guy will be able to get it in there. on mine we took the 2nd cat off and made a riser for the O2sensor to plug into, so it was out of the exhaust witch would make CEL come on all the time.

i don't know which letters are which years, but mine is a 2000, as my name says. the random tech cat bolted up directly, so did the stromung catback. i will be getting the borla header this summer. random is CARB certified and u get a certificate with it giving it a "green" designation. if u r not from CA u will be fine. so far there have been no fitment issues. i do get some rasp fro mthe cat when the engine is cold, but goes once it warms up.
