it's around the midpipe area. It's further back than where you think it is.

Make sure you do the other bushings too, not just that one.

the beatrush i got is for a wrx, but it worked. the rear shown ubove is kartboy. its off of rallysportdirect.com

i just order thing that are for the 2.5rs/wrx and see if they fit. that is how i found out the beatrush poly bushing worked. it is alot more ridgid than the kartboy one. after this bushing my tranny bushings should be done. got the beatrush shifter, kartboy tranny mount bushings, and kartboy ss. if anything elese let me know plz.

Drop your exhaust.. Drop the exhaust shield. Between the cat and the 1st resonator.

No problem but BE CAREFUL when you REMOVE and REINSTALL the bolts holding the rear bushing in! There sealed bolts but you may have the chance of crossthreading due to the strange angle they go in on.

Good Luck..

Use penetrating fluid!

Rust is a bitch

Work the bolt too, come so far out and go back in, spary lube in and and repeat. Make love to the hole, you don't want snapped bolts.

hopefully i dont have to bad of rust issues like you east coast guys. they dont use salt over here. they use pete gravel. hence why my car is on its 4th windsheild.
