Impreza mirrors fit our carS?

has anyone tried or heard of USDM Impreza folding mirrors (non power folding) fitting on our cars? I know the front ends are swappable why not the mirrors?

I'm interested in cannibalising them for my jdm mirrors, finding the 95-96 leggy mirrors isnt that easy!

I was wondering the same myself, but like huffer said, the mounting points look different.

yeah, after GIS both cars the Leggy door skin goes up a bit before the mirror, the RS the mirror goes all the way to the end of the doorskin :(

time to call some junkyards!

that sucks I was able to get a pair of mirrors from an Impreza L for $10. Good thing I passed them up. It would be nice to have some folding mirrors thought!

i almost broke a mirror at the drive thru cause my wrx had folding mirrors and id always hit it not caring but i had to slam the brakes and pop it in reverse to avoid breakage of the mirror.. I WANT FOLDING MIRRORS SUBARU.....

There's a pretty major junkyard that deals mainly in Subaru parts near my home that I'd been thinking of checking out if anyone wants me to take a look. I was going to try and grab a donor BD/BG/BK hood w/scoop to use as a female mold to make myself a fiberglass/carbon-fiber hood anyway.
