Hesitation

I'm stomped I checked vacuum lines, plug wires (new spark plugs). I get hesitation from 0-2500rpms. What am I missing???

Knock sensor?
MAF?
PCV?
TPS?

I have no CEL, the PCV valve is new, MAF is clean. I didn't check the TPS or knock sensor.

When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?
Could also be an aging ignition coil pack...

I don't know about the fuel filter. That was the next thing on the list to replace. It "looks" new, but obviously I can't go by looks. As for the coil pack I can replace that soon I guess, and get some new wires.
