Might be 22lbs, my Enkeis were 15.5 lbs.

Given that the JDM B4 wheels weigh in at around 22lbs, I would say that the snowflake 16" weigh around 17lbs.

EDIT:
According to a similarly sized OEM wheel, I'm about right:

Wheels weigh just under 17lbs. 16 X 6.5

I doubt it, I compared the two by hand and the difference was noticeable. I would say no less that 20lbs.

I'll trust a scale over hands any day. Did you weight with or without tires?

Rubber, even similar specs, can have vastly different weights.

i weight my with a bathroom scale so my number can be off by 4-6 pounds at most.. its not real accurate at low numbers
