is it pretty easy to install them or should i take them to a shop? do i need to bleed brakes the brake or anything like that

If it's well used, $100 is a deal. Then again, if it's WELL used, not such a deal. I guess if you just need something, it isn't a bad price. Peronsally, I paid twice that for an '06 suspension with 15K miles.
If you are careful with a pair of snips or a grinder/Dremel, you don't need to unhook the brakelines. PB Blaster will be your best friend in the week leading up to the install.

the ones i would be getting have 32000 miles on them and are in good shape no tears in the covers or anything..

Sounds like a pretty good deal, then. And they will fit. I was unsure about the '06 stuff fitting my BG, but it does. From what I hear, any Impreza-based suspension assembly from '95-06 will fit your car. Just know that you specifically want WAGON struts in the rear. You will have some alignment and sag issues if you go with sedan struts.
