buying/installing hitch

Mods, if this is the wrong spot feel free to move this.

In need info on hitches of an 02 Legacy GT Wagon.

I have been told that hitches are not an option on the LGT, but the hitch from the OB will work on it..........at least on 05+. Is this true with the 02?

If so, does anyone know which hitch is best (OEM or aftermarket) and where to find the best deal. Also, anyone have any info on installation and wiring?

theres a couple hitchs for non-outbacks.. there is no oem specificly for the gt or l only outback. but from what i read the app list is outback sedan, outback wagon, outback h-6, legacy sedan/wagon are all the same part number in all aftermarket companys. i'd go aftermarket there 3500 pound and oem is 2000lb. for aftermarket i'd go with a hidden hitch.
