Turn signals don't work!

Ok, just yesterday my turn signals stopped working... Yes, the all bulbs work because when i press the hazard button, they light up. Only the turn signal function doesn't work. I also checked the fuses. Anyone have an idea what it could be? perhaps loose wire somewhere?

i got a friend with a 99 has the same problem. taking out the fuse and pulling it back in about 30 secs works for some reason

I did that and still doesn't work.... just to re-assure, what fuse would it be?

the 15amp on the very top and all the way to the left

I did try that one.... but i did get to work though because this time i turned on the ignition and waited for at bit... put back the fuse and voila.

Weird. Maybe it's a bad contact on the fuses.
