I just bought a set of rear struts springs and tophats off a 02 wrx wagon, i installed them on my 95 legacy and love the way it feels now but, wondering what to do about the sagging issue, should i get the 02 wrx fronts off someone and level it out or can i cut one coil off the front? im new to the whole suspension thing, only got th erears cause my struts were bouncing all over and it got annoying.

Don't cut coils.
The reason for the sag is because:
1) the fender line in the rear is cut differently to the front, so there's a visual trick there
2) the WRX suspension is slightly different
You can buy spacers for the top - check out here:

even if i got the 1/2in ones i dont think that would level it out enough

Well that's the solution, which has been used successfully on other vehicles...

^^^ times 2. Don't cut the coils, your ride will suffer. And you're sagging way more because the front is riding way higher than the rear.
