New from NY

Just recently got my First subaru and second car following the Dodge grand caravan.
Got it with a little less than 85k miles on it for around 6k.
It's a 5spd that is one of my most favorite cars I have ever driven.
Only current problems are the windshield fluid sprayers not working and the check engine is on with a P0440 code and we believe it is the fuel filler pipe as we replaced the cap and no change...

Welcome... check that the washer nozzles are not clogged, or that the line is pinched closed.

Your p0440 might be a fun one to track down, the FSM diagnostic procedure covers basically the whole EVAP system.
