or should I just buy the 99-03 H&R springs and GR2s ....?

The title says the're for a 95-99 wagon....but the pictures show something different.

H&R uses the Japanese MY, 99-03 = BE/BH. Suspension components will not work on a US MY95-99 Legacy.
