Hey guys. Chuckthefuk just let me know about this forum, i neve even knew it existed.
anyway I have always been in to rwd cars, owned 3 240sx's all sr'd with Vmount IC setups and 2 FC's (rotorys suck by the way).
For some reason i went against my will and bought a CanJam built 98 GC with a complete 04 jdm ej20 sti and 6spd. I loved the car but had to sell when i was offered 3k more than i bought it for.

So im building my own.
1998 leggy GT - black
Blew the engine at one of my track days at shannonville so i decided to go STi.
complete swap: usdm DBW engine/trans/rear end/brakes.
the swap is i would say 80% done, but at the tedious wiring stage.

Few other goodies to go with it are Enkei rpf01 17X8 +45 wheels to clear the calipers and the old school Falken azenis rt215 in a 225/45/17
Stainless brake lines all round
Green stuff pads
Eibach prokit lowering springs on us spec sti shocks
Buddy club racing seat
Sparco 3 inch harness
Autometer something or other gauges
sti cluster
Nardi steering wheel with megan QR and KHB hub
and a bunch of stuff im forgetting.

Pics will be up soon when im done.

I will hopefully have it running and on the track by the end of the month.

If you have ever considered doing the swap i say go for it. Its really not that hard, just takes time and patience.

TO is actually further south than where im at..but not by much and there is no way in HELL it gets colder there. hey.. he said it himself.. no mountains.. elevation = more cold.. and hell.. have the mountains man.. im sick of them.. they get boring after a while.. and i love snowboarding.. but $75 lift tickets.. that shits just too much.

lol...buy a snowmobile...you'll never snowboard again  nothing like doing 100mph through the woods, locking it up and whipping the arse around for a 90 degree corner hanging half off the sucker
