how difficult would it be to swap out the stock EJ25 for a WRX motor??

wiring is the major issue, and it's a bitch. You can outsource the wiring through a company such as East Coast Swappers, or I'm sure you have something similar on the west coast.

Swap info for your side of the country check with Garage Tuning in Cali, great guys.

They're often on RS25.com.

awesome!! never gave putting in an RS motor any thought... sounds like a good alternative, not to mention a lil bit cheaper!

No, the RS motor would be the same motor you have (except the DOHC/SOHC differnce maybe).

They're just on there becuase of all the JDM shit and Impreza parts the have/get in and what not.
