I have a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback, as my avatar shows.

My question is will this exhaust bolt onto my existing pipes- or be worth getting and taking into a shop if otherwise.

yes it will but for the price and condition it's in it's not worth it IMO. You can find better stuff on ebay or maybe even craigslist. Shoot you can even get a better exhaust from your local muffler shop. I don't know about you but I'm not one for the fart can style exhausts. They are too loud and just look funny anyways.
