DP's first car

This was my first car. A white 1995 Camry coupe with a 5 spd. It dosen't come close to the Legacy in terms of handling or overall performance. I still love it and always will. It was tougher than the Legacy and If I need a car to take me to hell and back I would choose this every time.

In January of this year a plow truck backed into it and bent the passenger door frame, quarter panel and door. It would cost too much to fix so the insurance company mailed me the check.

That sucks about the truck.

I know the feeling of having a car that you'd drive through hell. I have a chevy that is way more reliable, but less fun than my Legacy. I really did take it through hell one night when I forded over a foot of water with it passing an area that just ten minutes later would become a mud slide, not to mention the winters i've gone through with it.

Our reliable cars may not be fast or fun, but you sure as hell can get attached to them over time.
