For some reason my the motor is stumbling again. 1500-2500rpms it struggles then the "power" kicks in. It was like this before till I replaced the fuel filter. So I am wondering if it's the injectors. I think I have the injectors from my old GT around somewhere. Should these swap in? will more fuel flow through? If anyone knows the flow rates of the injectors that would be a plus.

i can give you estimates on flow.
2.5L= 216.6cc @ 165hp - 4 injectors - b.s.f.c @ .4 - duty cycle @ 80%.. rated a 20.6 lb/hr @ 43.5 psi
2.2L = 177.2cc @ 135hp - 4 injectors - b.s.f.c @ .4 - duty cycle @ 80%.. rated a 16.9 lb/hr @ 43.5 psi

well, have you tried some fuel injector cleaner? throw some seafoam in the gas tank and see what it'll happen.

Been there done that. I pretty much done everything but change the injectors or wires.
