Rear Hatch on BG

It's definitely a 2 person job.
You've got the main hinges up top, washer hose and the gas lift struts to deal with.

Take the lights out, trace the wiring back up through the hatch...they got it in there...

I just put a new hatch on mine last week. I ended up cutting the wires at the boot and crimping the new ones from my new hatch on. They all matched fine red to red blue to blue etc. I could not find a connector for the wiper motor and a few more. Good luck
