Hey,

So, I was wondering if someoen could help me?

I have a 96' BD Sedan legacy. And whenever I turn hard, the car shakes. Like if I turn the car on, put it in reverse and go to turn the wheel hard it'd go back a bit, and it'd start to shake the entire car still going back.

Then, if I go to do a turn--and make the wheel turn all the way it'd shake too.

What could the problem be? is it with my transmission?

Heh, I think I answered my own question with the help of someoen on subarulegacy!

common symptoms of this problem are a shudder throughout the whole car, but more pronounced beneath the seat, when accelerating in a low-speed turn. The shudder will stop if power is removed and disappears when speed goes beyond the threshold of most tires or the wheels are straightened out.

Drain the AT fluid immediately. Refill with flesh fluid. Drive around the block. Drain that fluid. Refill with fresh fluid. Drive around the block the other direction. Drain fluid. Refill with fresh fluid AND Lubegard ATF Protectant.

If the shuddering is gone, you may have just saved your transmission.

So, thats the only thing I have to do? no need for a tranny rebuild?
