However didn't want to post here until I saw something I thought was rather funny. Under my name it says "FNG" HILARIOUS. my assumption is fing new guy?

Alright so about me...

I go to uni in the UP of Michigan, work in chicago during this summer and last, live in Wisconsin on the weekend...so I travel a little.

I owe a 98 legacy gt i bought in Tampa florida after a deal in Michigan on a limited fell through (the dealer had 3 weeks to get the title and didn't so i backed out) I hopped on a plane in the UP with a buddy and bought it. My cousin who lives in tampa test drove it and it check out.

Got it and that night found out it had a frozen front caliper...$800 later at a tire shop on a sunday i was on my way (being in florida with no tools was an ass raping) 215 miles later, had a hg failure and blew a rod. towed the car to jacksonville, flew home, and trailer the car back.

did a phase 2 short block swap with my phase 1 bolt ons, that lasted 7k miles before blowing a rod bearnig again...check my classified for parts and a pretty video of the blown bearing. I guess the engine was on its way out anyways, cause i was throwing a knock sensor code on cold starts....

well whats next you ask?

Well still have the car, the engine's out and this friday I get my ej205 with 59k miles on it... :grin: I'm so excited, my wiring harness and ecu should arrive today...and the swap should commence on Saturday.

my previous cars have been 2 s-10 blazers and a 96 cavalier...when i sold my 2nd blazer it was for a LGT. I wanted one for about 5 years.

Black GT, cloth, with a 5spd...was my dream and i found it down there so I got it...

Well when i had it in the UP we got 16 inches of snow, I was up to my lip on my bumper with snow going 40 down the highway passing people that had there SUV's in the ditches and never smiled larger in my life...I LOVE THIS CAR IN THE SNOW!!!

Plus always drempt of taking a road trip out west and taking her up pikes peak so couldn't let it retire too soon....

If I know I'm right, yes. I'm not going to agree with something that is false to please you, again you aren't my girl friend. I can admit when I'm wrong, ask anyone who knows me. As for a feeling on a particular subject, thats different. You can't tell someone their feeling is wrong, it's their feeling. I learned that in my harassment class too :wink:
