02 WRX front and rear seats into BH?

I can get a smoking deal on front and rear seats out of an 02 wrx, front and rear for 250 bucks in excellent shape. Aside from losing the folding ability of the rear seat, will the rears bolt into place? Front brackets the same?

fronts will bolt in... rears not sure but they'll probably fit 80%.
I don't think there's any back support on the rears though.
