I got the idea from Subba and want to see what you have for helmets. Weather you use it for motorcycles or any type of auto racing. I don't want to see your faggy bicycle helmets :lol:

How do you like this helmet? confortable? lightweight? I need a open face helmet instead of a close one...i can't see shit :lol:

the helmet isnt too heavy, it isnt light either, i can see perfectly, but i might just get a closed face in the near future :p

I don't think so, he would have survived if he had the hans device which keeps your neck locked in a position. I think he ended up braking his neck in the crash.

I wouldn't do that if you use it for the track. It takes away from the safety potion of your helmet. The gel coat your sanding away at, actually is part of your helmets structural integrity and safety (fiberglass splitting etc...). If you do so, you might want to drop a couple layers of resin on after painting. Try contacting a helmet company and getting the exact amount (weight wise) of resin to re-apply. SOME (not all) track inspectors will reject your repainted helmet in a heart beat if not done right, so be careful.

I can see that too, like if you had damage to the helmet and tried to repair it yourself. Wearing a damaged helmet is a no no. Like mine, I should wear it at all, I went down head first doing 45mph. It's like a 1-2 foot drop and your helmet is no good, for future safety reasons. You could have a crack on the inside and not even know it.
