hi guys
I have 3 switchs on right hand side of the dash, one for my fogs , other light height ajust and then i have a switch that seems to do nothing! and it lights up when i put the lights on, it is starting to get very annoying,
Anyone knows what it`s for ??

Is there a diagram or something on it? I suppose its not the rear defrost if it only comes on with the lights. DRL switch perhaps?

Pics would help, being a RHD vs our LHD wouldn't everything be flip flopped? Defroster sounds like a good guess by Lee. Maybe its a water sprayer for the intercooler.

I have the best sollution of them all.

Send me the car and I will go thjru it with a fine tooth comb and let you know the answers in about...well that would depend on how long it takes to figure out what that switch does.

I just looked at my dad's Outback becuase he has the 3 switches.

1 is for the foglights, 1 is for cruise control, adn the other is for the side mirror defroster.

I have 3 switches on my OB (right to left, LHD car) Cruise, defroster, foglights.

The light on my fogs only lights up when my fogs are lit (ie: I have the brights on, even though the button is selected, the light isn't on because the fogs aren't lit). Maybe your fogs don't work???

hi guys ,thanks for all the ideas , i`ve checked them all and still dont know what it does, only thing to do now is follow the wiring to source, and boy is that gona suck, still cant post pics but anyboby wants pics i can send them
